What should I do if I purchased my tickets with an AUDIO GUIDE?
When you purchase your Uffizi Gallery tickets, you will receive two emails. The first is the purchase confirmation; the second contains a link and instructions to access your private customer area, where you will find your tickets to download as well as the audio guide.
What documentation do I need to access the monument?
Tickets for the Galleria degli Uffizi are nominative; you must bring your original physical ID (national ID or equivalent) or passport. Remember that it is mandatory for entry; photocopies, phone photos, or digital copies are not permitted.
Can I bring my tickets in digital format?
Yes, provided it is the original digital format with the barcode visible so it can be read at the entrance. We recommend increasing your screen brightness.
Do children need tickets for the Uffizi Gallery?

Can I change or cancel my tickets?
Once the booking has been completed, data such as name, date, or time cannot be modified, nor can the tickets be canceled. No refunds will be granted. This condition is specified on our website and is accepted during the purchase process, including the final step, by accepting our cancellation policy.
No exceptions of any kind are contemplated (COVID or other illnesses, work-related reasons, trip cancellations, etc.), as established by the entity.
Once the ticket has been purchased, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED, except if the visit cannot take place due to the monument’s closure. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund, which will be returned automatically via the same payment method used.

No, eating or drinking is not permitted in the Uffizi Gallery, but there is a café on the top floor with counter service.
Is there a cloakroom service in the monument?
Yes, the Gallery has a cloakroom service for handbags, umbrellas, and small backpacks. Therefore, it is advisable to come with a small bag; if you bring a large suitcase, it may not be accepted.
Is the visit canceled in case of rain?
No, you can enjoy the monument regardless of the weather.
What happens if the monument closes?
If, due to force majeure, the monument has to close—something extremely rare—rescheduling your visit to another day is considered, or a 100% refund if it is not possible to rebook for another time.
Are pets allowed in the monument?
Pets are not allowed in the Uffizi Gallery, regardless of their weight or size, except for guide or assistance dogs, always with prior notification.
